Day 1: Arrival at Cairo International Airport.
Your tour starts upon arrival at the Cairo International Airport, where you will be greeted by a representative and assisted with your Visa. You will then be transported to your hotel, where you will be able to rest and get ready for the start of your adventure.
Day 2: Pyramids, Sphinx & the National Museum of Egyptian Civilization
As an exciting start to the trip, the tour will start at the location that many come to Egypt to see - the Giza Plateau, where you will see the pyramids of Giza and the Great Sphinx. To add to the experience, if you are interested. we can schedule an optional camel ride or enter the King's Chamber of Great Pyramid. The King's Chamber is a small rectangular room within the Great Pyramid that contains the sarcophagus of the pharaoh Khufu. To get there requires approximately 20 to 30 minutes of walking through a narrow passageway.

After visiting the Giza Plateau, the group will enjoy lunch at a local restaurant.
Next you will be driven to the National Museum of Egyptian Civilization. The Main Hall of the museum contains artifacts and information that will give you an understanding of the different eras in Egyptian history, from pre-historic to modern. An exciting exhibit in this museum is the Royal Mummies Gallery, where you will be able to view the mummies of 17 ancient kings and 3 ancient queens.

Day 3: Grand Egyptian Museum and the Pyramid Light Show
Day 3 will include a day long tour of the new Grand Egyptian Museum, which opened in October of 2024. It is the world's largest museum dedicated to a single civilization and holds an amazing collection from Egypt's history.

In the evening, you will be driven back to the Giza Pyramid Complex to enjoy the Sound and Light Show. While sitting in this magical place, you will watch the history of ancient Egypt unfold through a show involving lights, lasers, and projections.
Day 4: Aswan, Philae Temple, Nile Cruise
On Day 4, the tour group will fly from Cairo to Aswan to start a 5-star Nile cruise. In Aswan you will visit the Philae Temple of the Goddess Isis. The group will then enjoy a ride on a sailboat called a felucca on the Nile River. If interested, we will arrange an optional visit to a Nubian Village.

Day 5: Nile Cruise, Komo Ombo Temple
On Day 5, the cruise will set sail from Aswan. There will be a stop to visit the Komo Ombo Temple, dedicated to the crocodile god Sobek and the falcon god Haroeris.

Day 6: Nile Cruise, Edfu Temple, Luxor Temple
On Day 6, the cruise will stop at the Edfu Temple, dedicated to Horus and Hathor of Dendera. The boat will cross the lock of Esna on this day. In the afternoon, the cruise will reach Luxor and the group will tour the ancient Luxor Temple, which was built approximately 1400 BCE.

Day 7: Luxor, Valley of the Kings, Temple of Hatshepsut, Karnak Temple Complex, Departure
Optional: If you are interested, a sunrise hot air balloon ride will be arranged, where you will see the sights from above the West Bank of Luxor.
The tour will then visit the Valley of the Kings, which contains the the tombs of pharaohs and nobles from the 18th to the 20th Dynasties, including the tomb of Tutankhamun. The next stop will be the Temple of Hatshepsut, which is a masterpiece of ancient architecture. The group will then tour the beautiful Karnak Temple Complex. The group will then be transported to the Luxor International Airport for your departure.
