Day 1: Your tour starts upon arrival at the Cairo International Airport, where you will be greeted by a representative and assisted with your Visa. You will then be transported to your hotel, where you will be able to rest and get ready for the start of your adventure.
Day 2 - You will experience the site many come to Egypt to see - the Giza Plateau, which contains the pyramids of Giza and the Great Sphinx. Let us know if you are interested in scheduling an optional camel ride or visiting the King's Chamber. The King's Chamber is a small rectangular room within the Great Pyramid that contains the sarcophagus of the pharaoh Khufu. To get there requires approximately 20 to 30 minutes of walking through a narrow passageway.

After visiting the Giza Plateau, the group will enjoy lunch at a local restaurant.
Next you will be driven to the National Museum of Egyptian Civilization. The Main Hall of the museum contains artifacts and information that will give you an understanding of the different eras in Egyptian history, from pre-historic to modern. In the Royal Mummies Gallery, you will be able to view the mummies of 17 ancient kings and 3 ancient queens.

Day 3 will include a day long tour of the new Grand Egyptian Museum, which opened in October of 2024. It is the world's largest museum dedicated to a single civilization. It holds an amazing collection from Egypt's history.

In the evening, you will be driven back to the Giza Pyramid Complex to enjoy the Sound and Light Show. While sitting in this magical place, you will watch the history of ancient Egypt unfold through a show involving lights, lasers, and projections.
Day 4
The morning of Day 4, you will board a plane to Luxor. Upon arrival, you will spend your day exploring and learning about the majesties of the Karnak Temple and the Luxor Temple.

Options: If you are interested, in the evening a ride on the Nile in a sailing boat called a felucca and a carriage ride through Luxor will be arranged.
Day 5
Option: If you are interested, a sunrise hot air balloon ride will be arranged, where you will see the sights from above the West Bank of Luxor.
You will then tour the Valley of the Kings, which contains the the tombs of pharaohs and nobles from the 18th to the 20th Dynasties, including the tomb of Tutankhamun.

On Day 6 you will take an early morning flight back to Cairo.
After arriving at the airport, you will be driven to Old Cairo to see the Church of Saint Sergius and Bacchus. Tradition holds that Saint Sergius and Bacchus Church was built on the spot where the Holy Family, (Joseph, Mary, and the infant Jesus) rested at the end of their journey into Egypt.

Next you will have lunch at a local restaurant.
After lunch, you will visit the Muhammad Ali Mosque, a historic mosque built between 1832 and 1857. It is located in the Cairo Citadel in a position overlooking the city
